T25 Workout – Week 7

Week 7 T25

Day 31: Dynamic Core
I love the feeling I have when this one is over! My abs were feeling stronger – I was able to execute the moves better than last week. Loving these baby steps!

Day 32: Core Cardio
Did well today again! However, I ate breakfast before working out (which I never do) and I seriously thought I was going to throw up in the last five minutes or so. It was like I was reliving my first trimester again – terrible.

Day 33: Rip’t Circuit
Still working my way up to those 10LB weights but I’m thinking its going to be a while! This ones a toughy but a goody.

Day 34: Upper Focus
This burned a little extra today but I used my 6LBs (2 3LB weights in one hand) whenever I could and the 3LB weights when both arms were working. Did I mention that I can do a push-up now? Only one “good” one but I have NEVER EVER EVER been able to do that before! This was a goal that I came to have sometime in the Alpha phase. It’s insane to me that I’m not even through T25 and I’ve already accomplished it. I love feeling stronger.

Day 35: Rip’t Circuit and Speed 2.0
I did the Speed 2.0 first because it’s my new favorite and I knew I’d not only give it my all but it’d be a great “warm up.” I skipped this stretch at the end and went straight into Rip’t without cooling off. Nailed it! I did a great job pushing through the Rip’t circuit, too. But I could definitely feel my sore body when these two were done. I stretched extra at the end of the hour to make up for what I skipped earlier.
