T25 Workout – Week 4

Week 4 T25

Day 16: Cardio
I kicked major ass today! No breaks!

Day 17: Total Body Circuit
Total opposite of yesterday, today I am struggling – it’s that time of the month for me and I’m just so fatigued! It literally feels like I can’t hardly find energy to move. So tough today.

Day 18: Lower Focus
I did pretty well today. This workout is painful but probably my favorite one so far since it does a great job of targeting my trouble zones and it’s not terribly difficult. Plus, I think I see improvements in my lower half. Power on!

Day 19: Total Body Circuit
My ankles and feet are still hurting me from last week and I can hardly walk today. Because I have tried to push through the pain this last week, I decided to listen to my body and take today off. It’s pretty disheartening for me but I would rather skip a day than be injured for a few weeks.

Day 20: Ab Intervals (Beta Style)  + Speed 1.0
I was an excellent exerciser in speed 1.0 and slowed down some during the ab workout, however, I pushed through it and am happy to have the weekend to rest my body/ankles.

Buns: 39.5
Hips: 34.25
