Day 66: The Pyramid
Just dying today… this last phase is no joke! Pushing through the week – and then we are DONE! Whoohoo!

Day 68: Ript Circuit
Feeling super worn out from T25 and admittedly didn’t use my heavy weights the whole time like I did last week. I am ready for that break!
Day 69: Dynamic Core
I always enjoy the floor portion of this but because we do so many of the upper routines in other workouts, they bore me here.
Day 70: Upper Focus (Beta Phase) and Extreme Circuit (Beta Phase)
Upper Focus: Pretty straight forward! Still some workouts I can’t do 10 lbs with consistently, but, this one isn’t too hard and gives a good workout to a range of muscles. Extreme Circuit: Really liked this one today! And did 90% with 10 lbs! Whoo!
