Although this craft is geared towards Easter, these rustic little eggs are the perfect bowl filler for anytime of the year!
- Plastic Easter Eggs
- Hot Glue
- Rope or Twine
Start by putting hot glue on one end of your egg and simply twist your rope in loops around it. Actually starting the first coil on the egg is the hardest part so don’t let it discourage you!
Once you have that first loop done just keep twisting rope around the body of the egg until you get to the other end.
To finish it off, cut your rope with just a little bit extra to spare. Then tuck that piece back into the bottom tip of your egg – you may need to hold it a little bit longer as the tip has a much harsher kink than the rest of the spirals on your egg!
